Up for sale is an iPhone 4S model a1387, clean IMEI at number but locked to AT&T. It's in beautiful condition, almost mint!
For obvious reasons, I wasn't able to test this for phone functionality. But the touch screen works well, performance is nice, the battery seems to hold a good charge, and it's been freshly restored to iOS 9.3.6. So as far as I can tell this checks all the boxes that you'd hope to see on an old phone like this.
