This is a rare bolt of Japanese-made Kurume Kasuri fabric.
Originally, this fabric was used to make domestically produced Monpe (work pants) for women for many years.
It was purchased directly from the manufacturer, and even at the time, it was quite expensive to procure.

This item is unused, so there are no creases, wrinkles, or pinholes.

Because it is a properly woven Kasuri fabric,
the pattern appears clearly on the reverse side as well.
(Unlike inexpensive printed fabrics)

It was stored in the manufacturing factory.
Therefore, there is a slight odor, but
after removing dust and debris,
it will be lightly rinsed with hot water and water,
and shipped with a simple ironing (for home use).
