This is a brand new RFID feeder from Pet Libro.
During shipping the dish dislodged and got bent. The dish is still usable as-is with the bent side towards the pet.
The rest of the pieces in the box are in perfect, working condition and have been tested for power/function but no food has ever been put inside the feeder.
The dish could be bent back straight but I don’t have the strength or tools to do so myself!
