They are opened (without Pokemon cards) but all come with their energy coins/tokens and the art card.) The Scyther tin does have a scratch on the front (pictured).
They also come in the original display box (included!)
And just as a bonus there are 4 empty pack arts that feature Mew (because they are neat)
