Royals Plaque w/Hand Signed 8x10 picture of Mike Sweeney

This is for a Plaque with a 8x10 hand Signed picture of Royals player Mike Sweeney. I see a small chip out of the wood on the top. I know nothing about these. Please see pics and draw your own conclusion on the condition of item. There is just way to much stuff for me to physically remove and check every item. I will note if i see any kind of damage. Things may have a little dust there is so many collections and items just impossible to dust and research everything. So there may be a little dust on the item. My uncle passed away in April and I'm trying to help my aunt clear out his 70 yrs of collecting. I will be listing many items over the next several weeks. He has many different collections. Will consider reasonable offers. Thanks
